Sara was very clear explaining everything we need to know. She was kind, compassionate and gentle. I very much appreciate the way she tested my 84 yo mother.
I was nervous setting up a video appointment just because I don't know much about electronics and I was concerned that I actually set it up properly, but once I seen Sara friendly face all my anxiety disappeared. Sara was sweet, she had all my info.in front of her which to me is Professional, and shows Respect. She was easy person to talk to and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Sara Fine !
