I’ve been a patient with PIMA for over 40 years — first with Dr.Diane Flamburis, then with Samantha Myers & now with Sara Erickson. Over all this time I have received first rate, compassionate care. PiMA is a fabulous practice!
You are greeted with smiles at front desk and from there everything else is even better. All are friendly, concerned and sympathetic to your needs. Dr. Erickson is a doctor who listens to your concerns and/or problems. She knows your situation and addresses any concerns you have answering all your questions explaining until you understand. I had an appointment with Dr Erickson last week. She was friendly, listened and I didn’t feel rushed. I felt very comfortable and my concerns were all addressed.
Originally in 2024 I gave them a 4 star rating. Now in 2026 I quit going to them so the rating is now a -1 star if I could put that in.. I gave them multiple chances. Very spotty, some of the office staff are nice but its hard to make up for non responsive or poorly trained MDs. Hard to tell how good a Dr is since the office blocks seeing them. ALso Blocks getting prescriptions refilled. THe young internists working with them don't get blood work for you before your annual physical. They take weight, height ask how you are d... read more
