Dr Cruz-Luna is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, kindest physician I have ever had.
Ive quickly learned that this office has a very bad reputation among the medical community. Either they are lazy and disorganized or they have too many patients. But from my experience its laziness, disorganization, and incompetence. I'll give you one example of several without divulging too much info. This doctor has had an approval request for her patient who was recently diagnosed with STAGE 4 CANCER sitting on her desk for the last 2 WEEKS. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible doctor. Not able to identify the health issue! Not able to professionally and carefully identify the exact diagnose for the patient. Due to her incompetence, we lost my father-in-law earlier... She wasn't able to figure the illness through the blood work, even though the numbers on the blood test results were "screaming" in front of her eyes.
