Dr Cruz-Luna is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, kindest physician I have ever had.
Ive quickly learned that this office has a very bad reputation among the medical community. Either they are lazy and disorganized or they have too many patients. But from my experience its laziness, disorganization, and incompetence. I'll give you one example of several without divulging too much info. This doctor has had an approval request for her patient who was recently diagnosed with STAGE 4 CANCER sitting on her desk for the last 2 WEEKS.
