After completing ~20 mins of paperwork prior to my appointment, I arrived 15 mins prior to my scheduled time as instructed by the front office staff. I made the appointment 3-4 weeks in advance. This was my second trip to Dr. Suttle, albeit a few years a part. Upon arrival, I was given additional forms to fill out, some with the same questions as those I completed already online.
