So far, so good. I have been enjoying Sara- she seems competent and is always caring and attentive.
She made an arbitrary decision about my care without understanding my medical situation. She would not meet with me even though she was in the next room giving directives to the nurse. Several times the nurse left the room to explain my concerns to her then finally asked her to meet with me but she said she was too busy. I am looking for another provider that is interested in understanding me instead of merely looking at charts and reports to make decisions regarding my care.
