Dr. Diaz is the best! She cares and takes the time to understand and listen to my concerns. They have the patient portal that is very convenient and have an “ask the doctor” messenger system where you message the doctor and they will get back to you within 24 hours. Sara Diaz is the worst. She has a disregard for patient well being. She refuses to write referrals for hospitals outside of her network-- not my insurance network- her network. I already had a relationship with Brigham and Women's hospital and needed to be seen for an ongoing condition at this hospital due to my husbands insurance. She refused causing many head aches and unnecessary bills. Sara Diaz is an unethical doctor who only cares about getting money through her network and not her patients well being.
