I saw Sara because of lower leg discomfort. Sara questioned me and then ordered a series of tests which were performed at Homer Glen Urgent Care. A leg cramp turned out to be a blood clot. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance and admitted into ICU. Surgery was performed less than 48 hours later. Her ability to listen to my symptoms and schedule the proper tests saved my life. Needles to say I will be forever grateful. She is now my physician.

Sara Chabra is an incredible PA, we feel that she saved my husband’s life. We hadn’t seen Sara in the past but she had an appointment open and we went in to see her, in our opinion, nothing important, just a sore leg. She asked questions, immediately ordered blood work and X-rays and within an hour my husband was sent to intensive care because of a life threatening clot in his leg and lungs.
