RUN AWAY and DON’T use this doctor. Dr. Castellanos cut and burned my ureter and cut my bladder during a routine hysterectomy. After MULTIPLE surgeries by a specialist in Ft. Worth to correct her errors, I’m finally able to return to work eight months later.
