Dr Sara Caseres Reynolds is literally the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. Doctors usually like to work fast but they at least try to answer questions and put you at ease. NOT this doctor. Dr Sara Caseres Reynolds stonewalled me with all my questions and concerns. She told me I shouldn’t even have access to my test results and what I was seeing in my test results had nothing to do with my health. I went to Dr.Caceres 2 years ago she was rude and just made me feel uncomfortable . As I was telling her why I'm there and my concerns she told me "this isn't a restaurant menu, to just pick out your concerns". After that visit I decided to look for a new PCP. If you're looking for a Dr who cares don't even bother with her.
DO NOT SEE DR CACERES. My interaction with her was extraordinary, in that it was the rudest a doctor has ever been to me. It was so unprofessional & demeaning that I began a complaint with patient relations the same day. She was on call for my fantastic physician during closures for Hurricane Idalia. She did not say hello when connected to her, asked ZERO follow-up questions after my 3 sentence description reply to "what's going on", laughed at a follow-up question and said in a tone befitting any 13-year-old, "okayyyy byyyy... read more
If you want a doctor who doesn’t listen to their patient, you should go see her. If you want to be told “Oh Wow, you gained weight” give her a try, if you want to be told “at your age, you have to eat as little as possible (size of a tuna can) and you have to mimic ozempic and decrease your portion.” I requested an insulin lab and she refused said I didn’t need it, insurance wouldn’t pay for it, I say I have money, she still refused.
