I had a great experience with Sarah. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to really understand what’s going on with your body. The space itself feels calm and welcoming, which made it easy to relax. What really impressed me was the follow-up, after my session, she reached out to my personal trainer with suggestions on what to focus on at the gym to support my progress. Sara is probably the best RMT I’ve ever had. She knows what she’s doing and she actually listens and takes care in solving the issues and hitting the right points. Booking system is easy and everything just works

Sara is the best RMT I ever had. I have been visitng her for 3 years. She knows exactly what my body needs to feel relaxed and relieve tension in my body and especially shoulders/back/arms where I sometimes have pain. She is nice, friendly, and professional.
