Bought a new house and came across Sara Bella from a friend. Niel came over with a ton of samples and helped us decide on what would look great in our house based on our furnishings already in place. Amazing service! Recently needed all new window treatments at a rental property, we explained our needs to Niel who is a very knowledgeable sales rep. There were many choices to pick from, he recommended quality blinds that met our price point for this rental property. We had a wonderful experience with Sarabella Blinds! The owner was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to guide us in choosing the right blinds for our home and with so many beautiful options to choose from, it definitely wasn’t easy! Please read updates as well. Not sure about the blinds. But calling them is a super problem. First you get an AI that acts like a teenager. Ask for a human and it says it cannot transfer calls. Then when you get the calgary number. It plays the sad music until it sends you to voicemail. Trying to adjust my order. So far, really not happy. Maybe here they will call me asap????
