We hired this company to renovate and add onto our old farmhouse that we’ve been living in for years, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Extremely disappointed with the service. Delivery was delayed with no clear explanation, and communication was very poor throughout the process. I called multiple times and left messages but never received a callback. There were no proactive updates, no tracking information, and no sense of accountability. I had to constantly follow up just to get basic information. This level of service is unacceptable and has completely ruined the experience. Would not recommend.
