Very rude. One of the male clerks was having a very loud conversation the ENTIRE time I was in the store. They have the worst quality human hair that I've ever purchased. I should've just bought hair on Amazon. I went in with high hopes and was immediately disappointed. The clerk that stopped scrolling on his phone long enough to notice that i needed assistance was rude and dismissive. He only wanted to sell me one grossly over priced bundle of hair.
