I went in for my annual checkup with Dr Ferguson last month, having made the appointment 7 months earlier. Desk staff could not find my appointment and eventually discovered it had been set up for January 2026! I asked if there was any way they could squeeze me in or put me on a cancellation list but all they could offer was an appointment another seven months later.
