Her office billed me an extra hour for the time it took the sign language interpreter to connect to the zoom call. All we needed was an actual call in phone number. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault for needing an interpreter...at the last minute? What. No. I tried to resolve the issue with them directly. No bueno. I can’t believe this is a mediation attorney. Ethics? Would not recommend. They're claiming "advance notice" to justify their position.
