Icom service center Michigan, Matt has always taken care of me, outstanding customer service and a great service on your Icom equipment, Matt always calls, give you the information about what is wrong, and the price to repair plus the return shipping cost.
Great service. I sent him my Icom 9700 to be repaired (out of warranty) from Virginia. About five days after sending I was called giving me the repairs cost. IMO was a very fair price for the work that had to be done. I paid him and the radio was shipped back to me the next day. Radio was repacked very well. UPS would have had to really try to damage it. Very happy with the service I received. A++++
