I really wanted Matt to repair my Icom Pro II because of his reputation, and great recommendations by two close friends. He communicated with me ONCE via email about it. I was going to send it, but suffered a heart attack, and had surgery and over a month hospital stay. I emailed him TWICE after I recovered to explain, and try to arrange to send it again.
