Michael was very friendly, knowlegeable, & thorough. He was able to diagnose our refrigerator's ailment, order the replacement parts, & assure us that he'd be back as soon as he was able get the required parts to complete the job.
I had service call done at my home on Thursday for our refrigerator. The tech came in, barely spoke to me, very broken English, didn’t tell me what was wrong, told me the office would send me quote to repair. I called office multiple times to get quote no returned call. Friday afternoon I called and got answering service who said I would get call back on Monday when office opened so I threatened w attorney and finally got call back from lady who said tech would be sending me quote which was never sent. SAR came to my Indian Shores condo to repair my refrigerator on 2/10, cost $160. The technician WAS NOT authorized to connect a water line at the tenant's request. He was there for a water leak/repair. They came back out on 2/16 because the refrig was making a loud noise and the freezer didn't seem to be cooling. This time, 6 days later, SAR wanted to replace the gasket(seal) around the freezer door on the bottom for $274 and $199 of that was labor!
