Next day service for diagnosis and the technician came back later in the and fixed the issue. Great service
Max came out to install an ice maker I purchased for our LG refrigerator. Fortunately he determined that I ordered the wrong part(!) He provided us an estimate, ordered the correct part and installed it upon delivery. I was somewhat surprised at the price given the time to install (hence 4 stars); however the ice maker has been working fine. Max is a man of few words and gets the job done.✅ Side note: it was a pleasure to have a kind person answer the phone and assist us with scheduling.

I have used SAR several times now on different appliances, this last time our GE Cafe built-in refrigerator. Each time they have successfully repaired our appliance. The service repairman came the next day, was right on time, and was polite. They charge $75 service charge to come but apply that toward the repair. I have found them very reasonably priced and I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again.
