came the same day I had a problem, machine was not able to be fixed that day because of what was wrong, but Max was quick and helpful. Would use again.
Would not recommend this company. On three separate occasions they did not show up for the scheduled time agreed upon to repair our dishwasher- two of the times without any notice or communication. My husband and I both had to take PTO to be available for the 4 hour window and it was a complete waste of our time. There was no follow up on their end for rescheduling- I had to call each time. When I tried asking to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told I would receive a call back, and so far, no one has reached out to me... read more
we booked an appointment, they never showed up. we went back to yelp and clicked on their negative reviews and saw a bunch that stated the exact same issue we had. they never showed up and their phone number is routed to an offshore customer service center that was of zero help.
My refrigerator was not working, but my freezer was, so I looked up appliance repair companies and fortunately I found SAR Appliance Repair. I called them Thursday and they made an appointment for me on Friday. Max, the repair person showed up as appointed and diagnosed my problem very quickly. He told me he could order the part and get it replaced at my convenience. When the part came in they let me know and replaced it the next day. Max was very pleasant and efficient.
