The appointment was set for arrival between 3 and 5 and after making calls we and texts at 5:23 a text arrived saying Max was on his way. After we made calls and texts we advised SAR that we were leaving at 6:20. No response. At 6:35 our ringtone showed us Max arrived and we told him we would be home at 6.50. We arrived and problem was fixed. The biggest issue we had was the lack of communication from max or SAR
The tec did a fantastic job and explained everything he was doing. I definitely will recommend your company.
They no showed! I even confirmed my appointment time block. Mentioned I had to leave for work and that’s why I needed them to be at my house within that time frame I signed up for.
Very disappointed in the length of time it took for you to get to our repair. The communication was terrible letting us know when parts would be in and when we were to expect a technician. We used you all several times in the past. It seems as the company is going downhill.
Came to the house three times and still not working correctly. Never again
