It seems the suspension rods were damaged when a laundry load went off balance. I'd discovered the lid, or "door", of my top-loading Whirlpool washing machine had become "ginked", too. The left side is higher than the right when lid is closed & I had to begin manually pressing the left edge of the lid down to bring it level after loading the machine. came the same day I had a problem, machine was not able to be fixed that day because of what was wrong, but Max was quick and helpful. Would use again.
Would not recommend this company. On three separate occasions they did not show up for the scheduled time agreed upon to repair our dishwasher- two of the times without any notice or communication. My husband and I both had to take PTO to be available for the 4 hour window and it was a complete waste of our time. There was no follow up on their end for rescheduling- I had to call each time. When I tried asking to speak to a manager or supervisor I was told I would receive a call back, and so far, no one has reached out to me... read more
