So my washer went out and I found SAR through the web with a bunch of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. They answered my call, set up an appointment, and they were here when they were supposed to be. Max showed up on time, went straight to work, and found that the root cause of my washer problem was something as simple as a loose bolt. Really like the service, don't like the prices. 🥺 In fairness, we haven't compared SAR to any other appliance repair co. Max is a very skilled, friendly, polite & effective service tech. Likable guy. He does good work
