I will not use this company again. I had some trouble with my above stove microwave oven. I called SAR Appliance repair since they were listed as an authorized Samsung Appliance repair company. When I made the appointment, they told me they would come by the next day between 2 pm and 4 pm. They arrived around 4:20 pm. The repair man spent some time diagnosing the problem and told us our microwave needed a new switch of some sort. He did not provide a great deal of detail as to why.
