I highly recommend Dr Bhutto and I have seen him for many years and he is the most personable considerate doctor I have ever had. He always answers my questions, handles my refills right away and I have no problem getting through their office and if he cannot cure you for whatever you have, he always recommends tests or a specialist.
Dr Bhutto is a wonderful doctor. But how Mercy has it set up now you have to call through a relay you can't directly called the office you have to wait up to 3 days sometimes to get a call back. It's frustrating especially when you have a chronic condition that you're trying to manage. Make it to where I can call the doctor's office directly again. I don't always have time to mess with that stupid app
Dr. Bhutto is an outstanding doctor, but just don't try to call his office. I have been holding for over 30 minutes just to get a refill on my medication. This is absolutely stupid!
