Arrived an hour before my appointment time, checked in first at the intercom to the right side of the building heading towards the back. They will give you instructions where to go and what to do… Was out in one hour bills in hand… Although it is hectic to get to this place, it’s the job… The lady in the office was super professional and really nice. There are a couple of restrooms inside and a small lounge if you want to chill outside of the truck… We will gladly pick up loads from here.

No overnight parking at this time- it could change in the future. They unloaded me early and labeled me a Work In so that’s pretty cool. Tough as nails drive to get to the location (why would you have a place like this so hard to get to?). Cell phone service worked inside the office but not anywhere else. Staff was friendly.
