This place is run by people who are completely unprofessional. Today the outside temperature was 91°F, and my reefer was set to 34°F. Before assigning me a dock, they checked the trailer temperature and confirmed it was exactly 34°F. They then assigned me a door, but after I backed in, they didn't load me for more than 30 minutes. During that time, with the trailer doors open, the temperature rose to 50°F. A decent place to deliver, no room for overnight parking, they took me 3 hours before my appointment. shipping/receiving starts at 4:30 am. porta-poty by the docks. fast unload.
