Ma fille a une phobie des prélèvements sanguins. Elle a déjà dû être retenue physiquement lorsqu'elle était jeune, suite à une très mauvaise expérience au préalable. Par la suite, à d'autres reprises, elle s'est évanouie avant les prélèvements. Plus grande, elle prenait un bon 5 à 10 minutes dans la chaise à se calmer avec des respirations avant de donner le feu vert. The lady that did my blood test was kind, and respectful. The service was quick without delays or issues. There was no language issues which was a huge plus in my books, that's being a French Canadian that isnt able to speak french, I usually get ridiculed for it which definitely wasn't the case here. Thanks for the pleasant experience, will definitely being going again when needed.
