I'm sure the owners of the gym themselves are fine people but Buyer Beware ... they host some secondary program and they can't help you cancel it. You have to call some machine type call center. It is one of those places that take your billing info and hold you hostage as they make you jump through many hoops to cancel. I actually reached out to Don Sapp for a professional consultation. He was elemental in guiding me into a healthier more fitness oriented life style 30 years ago. After attending a meeting in regards to their weight-loss and training program he asked us all to make a commitment. I was excited to join. I was going to commit but before I signed a required year long contract I asked could I take some time to look over the paperwork and meal program and make an informed decision. I really cannot explain how wonderful this gym is! I have been with Donnie from the beginning and watched him and the gym grow into an amazing space for people to come workout, and join a gym family like no other.
