Absolutely amazing Manager and staff. Was let down by another restaurant last night, booking of 23 at 6.30pm on a Friday night in Liverpool! I went into Sapporo's and by luck, Angel the manager and another lady on the hosting stand (didn't catch her name unfortunately) managed to get us all a table to sit at and eat. Great experience and great food. Thanks Angel and team for saving my 30th birthday! Connor
Very disappointed with this place. Waited 45 minutes for our starter then another 30 minutes for the main which came in drips and drabs. The service was extremely poor, one of the worst we jave every received from a restaurant. We had the wagyu ribeye steak which had sinew running through the centre of it. No steak knife to cut it with just a regular butter knife to cut it with. The food they serve is frozen food they add 10% service charge that you, by law you do not have to pay.
