This was so much fun! I've never been to a hibachi spot before, I had no idea I was missing out! The chef was very talented. The meal itself was delicious, right off the flat top and cooked perfectly. I ordered the steak and salmon combo and the Seattle sushi roll which was also made with care, and delicious. They accommodated allergies with concern, which I greatly appreciate. I will say, double check the front desk has the correct phone number written down if there is any wait time.
