I have not had one problem with these people. Amazing food great service always friendly rooms have been clean. Could be a little bigger, but they’re OK and comfortable prices are amazing view and most of the windows are great. I always stay in the smoke free bedrooms, breakfast warm, delicious, and filling love the view to sit and eat at the restaurant. Warm cookies when you first come into the hotel entering it the Jacuzzi is great. The pool is nice very kid friendly very handicap accessible!
It was pretty mid.
The view was beautiful our waiter was great, could tell he probably hadn’t been there long, but gave great service. The food was the worst I’ve had, we ordered toasted ravioli, it was fried to hard rocks, but edible, our main entree was Cajun Pasta, the problem was the sauce, it had a decent flavor but the cream had curdled so bad after trying a second bite my husband and I couldn’t eat anymore. Any decent Chef would never send out a curdled cream sauce, especially when your paying $25 for it
Don't waste your money. Take your kids up for the view only. No kid's menu. Banquet food for the price of a fine restaurant. The butter is wierd, chef salad was a dud, chicken was dry, and the baked potatoes were cold. My two children shared a steak and they said it was mid. On a good note, the water was fresh and the staff was very polite.
My mother loves the view from Sapphires, so she and I eat breakfast there about once a month. Lately, we have had some of the most amazing food (biscuits and gravy are some of the best I've ever eaten), and the service has been wonderful!
