Shannon is the best! Process is quick and painless (ya know, relatively speaking). She keeps fun conversation going, which provides a good distraction. She's efficient and thorough. Definitely recommend!
Location of this place is inside sola salon studios and the stairs were a killer for me due to health issues. They do have a tv showing where to find each person which is a plus! Shannon is fabulous! On time and friendly. There are chairs for you to wait and she was on time. Right there by the stairs too. Redeeming Groupon isn’t an issue or hard at all and she doesn’t treat you any different!
