I would give Sapphire Shades and Shutters 10 stars if I could! My remote-controlled shades were installed today and they are amazing and make such a huge difference!!! From the estimation phase to the installation, this was such a seamless and professional experience from start to finish . They went above and beyond my expectations in helping me get the blinds I wanted and installing them.
Ron was great help us choose the right blinds and the installers did a great job also.
The company recommended a front door panel with light filtering pull down shade over the glass for privacy. No drilling involved. They were highly responsive in measuring, ordering, and installing. It looks amazing and I can’t recommend them highly enough for any window/door type needs a customer may have. Extremely professional and competent.
Excellent experience. Professional and prompt to respond. I had an issue with 1 blind months after installing. I thought a minor tweak would correct it. No, they replaced the entire blind with a smile. Can't beat the customer service. BTW, blinds are high quality and beautiful!
