Peter is brilliant thank u sales brilliant install brilliant had a hiccup with excess dirt being left on site but one email to Peter and it was sorted instantly first hand over was rubbish but again email to Peter and a different person came back then great handover highly recommended Peter he will look after you 👍
Pool faded very quickly and darkened above the water, warranty denied due to test being slightly above chemical range, now the pool is de-laminating, over trying to supply years of pool cleaning receipts, warranty only covers above water line.
We highly recommend Peter in port Kennedy just an all round top bloke, being newbies to the whole pool scene having Peter to guide us through it all made our whole experience awesome from start to the end. Thank you Peter
We had a great experience from sign up to completion. Peter in Port Kennedy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our experience getting things installed was smooth sailing with minimal disruptions and overall we are very pleased with the end result.
Not happy, pool coating peeling off, pool always within chemical range, always tested by local pool company, no warranty (lifetime warranty a joke, blocked previous review. EDIT, I have posted this under my name, the warranty claim was in my wife's name, the company came around, tested the pool once, said it was out of optimal chemical range so bad luck (I have a pool company that looks after this and they say it can go out after a swim)
