I went to 4 pool shops in my area, I found that Peter from Sapphire Pools was by far the best to deal with. Peter is very professional and easy going. Nothing was a problem for Peter to help me with. Highly recommend.
Had a new sapphire pool installed, was good until it faded below the water line and discoloured above the water line, It has always been within the chemical levels, now the fade proof coating has all de laminated in the areas it gets full sun. Absolutely rubbish product from sapphire, they just say it's due to abnormal chemical levels. And they keep removing my review

I have worked out how they have a lifetime guarantee on the anti fade coating, The coating peels off before you can claim, Only in areas that get full sun, Has happened to a lot of people, They just try to blame chlorine levels "out of range" Oh and they keep blocking my review
Peter @ sapphire pools port Kennedy was exceptional through the process explained the product made sure we got what we wanted for our pool area. We actually was only meant to go in to browse but we walked out new owners of a pool.
