It would have given them more stars because the pool seems fine so far apart from the plaster is very patchy looking and a crack in the coping that Kevin says is normal and not really fixable! I'm just hoping the pool holds up better than their after sales service. The job took a couple of months with a 2 week period in the middle where nothing much was going on but it was finished pretty much on time. Sapphire pools is a small pool construction company owned and ran by Kevin Hunter. Kevin is very professional and reliable. Kevin put all of my requests in writing to eliminate any confusion and built my pool within a month. Kevin answered all of my questions regarding the process and was very honest about the process. I recommend getting 2-3 bids from other contractors before calling Sapphire so you can appreciate what they have to offer. Our pool came out 10 times better than our original plan and most importantly on time and within budget. What I liked best about them was that they executed each stage of the construction on time with outstanding communication.
