Property management company brought them out to inspect a leak at my rental condo. They wrote "Tested the plumbing and found no leaks. The leak appears to be from the ice maker valve in the vacant unit next door." (1) What does "tested plumbing" mean? That there were no visible leaks from what the plumber could see? (2) Since the water was coming from a common wall, the pipes behind the common wall are not just shared among two units but also unit upstairs.
