I would not recommend sending anyone you love to this facility. It is filthy, smells of urine, needs repairs, inside the building looks like it has been there since 1930’s, very very understaffed, either there isn’t enough aides or not enough nurses. Calls lights on for longer than they should be on. I feel like the place should be shut down and redone. It is unsafe living conditions. If I could give it zero I would. The only good thing they have there is a lady names Cynthia.
