I would give a minus 5 star if possible. If you want your loved one to be neglected then this is the place for you. My mil was not followed up on to make sure that she was hydrated. She was given medications without contacting her healthcare proxy for issues that the family were not made aware of. Mike the Nurse who was the director was told upon her intake that no procedures or medications were to be given without healthcare proxy approval..
