Bad experience. They receive too many customers. The staff who made my feet finished too quickly to work for other customers. So I can't enjoy it. The service price is too high to have a quick pedicure experience. Will never come back.
Excellent service. Emmy was a star - lovely and a perfectionist, just what you want when getting your nails done. Highly recommend.
I usually get my nails done at Sapphire and they are always excellent. Today I had a lovely girl (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who was brand new to doing nails and still learning, she took her time, took the advice of the other technicians and did a very nice job of my nails. We had a great chat, and I’m looking forward to seeing her there next time. ☺️ I think it’s great that Sapphire take on technicians who are learning.
