My mom, sister, and myself were looking for a new nail place and after hours of searching and reading reviews I’d suggested this establishment. I read so many good reviews and saw so many promising images, wrote out a list of names of nail techs and went. Love this salon very friendly I was a walk in and was attended to quickly. Shannon was the best so friendly and personable and to mention I love my set this is one of their dip colors. Asked for a two toned frenchies. Only got 1 coat of each and the nails turned black due the matte finish she suggested. This was my home spa but I will no longer be giving my business nerd
I want to like this place, but here's another bad experience. I believe its more to do with the staff then the establishment. Place is always clean and organized. I had a pedi and mani today, neither nail techs introduce themselves. My pedi wasnt a bad experience but was rather quick during scrubs and massage. Why pay 45+ dollars for minimal effort. Cyan is so patient and sweet. She did a phenomenal job with the deluxe mani and pedi package! I will definitely book again with her.
