Excellent service and customer support, the receptionist Hannah was very nice and helpful 👍❤️ my life is better with curaleaf via chronic pain medicinal cannabis and I would recommend too anyone who deals with pain or other issues in life
When I first joined the clinic around Dec 2023 I would order and it would be dispensed and delivered within approx 2/3 days. Now I have to wait 1 - 5 working days just for the medicine to be dispensed then up to 2 - 3 working days for delivery. Having to order around 1 week in advance now means you have to factor all of this in. It used to be seamless and now it's a struggle every time you order. Extremely disappointed with the service, I booked an appointment for 8:30 for it to be changed to 7:30 without my knowledge!! Hence missing the appointment so I phoned Curaleaf to hopefully give me another appointment but was told that i would have to pay for another appointment!! If your company could send out the Medication more efficient and consistent that would be great. Medication can arrive in 24hrs or 2 weeks time its totally random especially when it hits a bank holiday. Absolutely zero consistency and no remorse for patients which is frustrating.
