Biggest mistake I've made so far in my mums care journey. Unreliable! Promise the world and deliver nothing but disappointment. Mum is a 2 assist and needs personal care. When staff do turn up it's always the same story. No idea what to do or how to do it! They accepted mum happily because of her level 4 fees but failed to mention they don't have the capacity to meet her care needs or the experienced staff their advertising material claims they have. Where do I start, the first thing that happened was my mothers paperwork was not sent to My Aged Care, until after the cut off date so package was withdrawn. I finally had it reinstated. When we signed on the day, we agreed that the cleaner would come on a Wednesday, from 9am to 11am. The cleaner did not turn up on Wednesday, came on Thursday 8am, we were not told, had to take my Mum to the doctors at 9.15, cleaner only stayed for an hour. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Sapphire. They have been my support for about 7 years. Communication with their office could sometimes improve but that’s a minor irritation. Care staff are always punctual and do an amazing job, thank you Sapphire I wouldn’t cope without you.
