Very professional company happy with there services
I have started using Sapphire for my cylinder repairs recently. I usually have them pull the cylinders for repair. Their techs are professional and take necessary actions to ensure that LOTO procedures are implemented. Turn around times vary, but they are mostly quick and I can expect them back within the same week. Invoicing is easy and the pricing is fair. Overall the staff is great and the service is reliable. I will continue to use Sapphire for my cylinder needs.
