My wife had a very disappointing experience at Rivermont Dental. The day before the appointment, she exchanged text messages with the office and received confirmation that changing the appointment time from 5 to 5:30 was completely fine. When she arrived at exactly 5:20 PM today, one of the receptionists was incredibly passive aggressive and condescending toward her, implying in a rude tone that she had “finally made it” and that she was 20 minutes late.
