Kaylee worked very well with my 10yo son. It's something that our pediatrician said would help him with his anxiety, and it did in fact help with that. I can tell he uses some of the techniques they discussed when dealing with his younger brother. 10/10 would recommend!
I highly recommend Sapphire Counseling. They are always so nice and have a beautiful, comforting environment and offices. Kayla is the best and truly saved my life with her kindness and empathy. This is the only counseling place where I have experienced true compassion and empathy from counselors. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alana. I started seeing her while working through postpartum anxiety, family stress, and some difficulties bonding with my baby. From the very beginning, she was incredibly easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable opening up about things that weren’t always easy to discuss.
