I have had some good experiences with Sapphire and Jean Higgins Perretto. However, I experience a very disturbing outcome each month as I have to refill my medication. It is simply a struggle to work with my pharmacy and Sapphire Clinic.
Well, it would be great if you could get someone on the phone to schedule appointments. Called for 2 hours. Never got a call back and went straight to VM everytime.
They cancled my appointment and neglected to let me know. I showed up and was turned away. If I did that i believe I would be charged.

I have been a patient at Sapphire now for a number of years and can't begin to express how above and beyond my doctor and the staff have gone to support me thru the years. Sarah Reinhardt is my doctor and I consider her a godsend for the care she continues to provide me and I would not be where I am today without her continued support.
