Do not accept new customers, terrible reception
The receptionist that works here would have to be one of the most incompetent people employed. Quite often lies to cover up her mistakes and will go against doctor instructions regarding when an appointment is needed.
Brilliant doctors and nurses who look after everyone in our family.
Drs are great and it shows as they are continually booked out. 1 Receptionist in particular is very rude on 3 occasions I've had very negative experiences. Which is a Shame for such a great practice.
