I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I’m giving this company one star only because I can’t give zero. I’ve invested over $30,000 since February 2026 and have received fewer than five calls, most of which were unqualified or not serious prospects. For that level of investment, I expected significantly better results and accountability. I also found very few independent reviews before making the investment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

My experience with Sapper Consulting was incredibly disappointing, especially as a small business owner. I spent nearly $25,000 and was locked into a seven-month contract. The sales and onboarding teams were great, but unfortunately that did not reflect the experience I had once the service actually began. Very impressive group to work with. Sales, implementation, and program management have been seamless and organized. We look forward to meeting with Lauren every month for status review. The blend of professionalism and lighthearted engagement is refreshing.
