Justin the man at the front helped me out. Had side panels come lose, and he took time to help me out with a few bolts and secure it without any hesitation. Awesome place and helpful staff. Would stop here again if anything ever went wrong!
Justin up Front and Gary in the Shop are the Greatest. I constantly run Loads from the PNW to the SouthEast so I'm always coming through this Sapp. Bros for oil changes etc. Guys like this are irreplaceable. Gary has helped me a lot on my Truck, and this last time passing through Justin tightened my leaking Coolant Filter himself because all the guys were busy, no charge and no wait. I'd just told him I paid far too much for this coolant leak in Knoxville to a dang Kenworth there, and they didn't fix my problem or spend any ... read more
