I went for a routine cleaning of my ears. I was told by the staff that my insurance would cover the visit. My insurance paid the doctor $316.24 for services rendered. The office now wants me to pay an additional $153.62 for a service that took approximately 10 min, maybe less. I am very disappointed as they sent my bill to a debt collection agency.
Dr. Saporito is extraordinary. He is kind, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He is truly compassionate and there for his patients. I highly highly recommend him.
This was a caring, excellent Dr. and office staff. The discomfort in the ear was solved quickly and painlessly.
