Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I specifically stated in my order from Uber Eats that, due to digestive issues, I can only eat this type of food with a soda. I clearly instructed the restaurant that if the soda was unavailable, they could cancel the entire order. Instead, they ignored my request, sent the food without the soda, and still charged me for an order I specifically said I would not want under those circumstances. Textbook poor restaurant management. We have a reservation. We arrive to find no AC. 2nd time this place can’t seem to get their AC fixed. Sit 30 min and no waiter will look at us. I get up and talk to the hostess. Still no waiter. Ask the bus boy to sen us a waiter. Blank stare. Finally the hostess and waiter approach our table and walk right past us and won’t even make eye contact. Find another place during the season. Their other place also has terrible service.

I arrived for a 7:15pm reservation. Upon sitting down we realized the A/C was not working and there were flies circling our table. We proceeded to wait 40 mins while servers repeatedly passed our table and ignored us, despite pleas for menus, water, or help of any kind. When finally the server and hostess were both headed to our table, they hit us with a LeBron-caliber pump fake and walked right past us. Finally we left and called it a loss.
