Food is great
The food is delicious. I especially enjoys their Rasta Pasta. However, me and my friends notice that they when ordered from Uber Eats vs In-store, they give different size containers for the same price. For example, the in store containers are larger and are filled with more food vs the delivery containers are smaller for the same price. I don’t thinks that’s ethical or fair considering it’s not the same. Either lower the prices online to reflect the smaller portion size or give the same amount of food. Been there twice. Food is good but for some reason if you order a 32oz drink they refuse to fill the 32oz cup, the drinks are $15 btw. I paid for 32oz not 28, not 29 not even 31.5…. 32oz. So yes you will be shorted. Is it that hard to give the guest what they pay for ?
