Updating my experience because after giving the east clinic another chance they exceeded my expectations. While there was still a large amount of people there, they made our time feel valuable, helped parents out by bringing by a snack cart , and took the extra steps during my daughter’s appointment to make sure her exam was thorough and they weren’t missing anything.

It's was a good may the 4th appointment was fast this time 🙏 stuff were nice to us specifically with two babies under 2 years old they give us some snacks to easy the time
Always makes me re schedule eye doctor sucksssss
Incredibly disrespectful of your time. Will cancel appointments 5 minutes before, after it has already been rescheduled by the office several times. Once you’re finally in and the doctor is actually there, you’re waiting for at least 2 hours past your appointment time. Will be finding another doctor.
