My son got referred here by his pediatrician because of his "lazy eyes". Dr. Sapna did a great job correcting his eyes with surgery. My issue is with the front desk and their poor work ethic. I made an appointment to take all my kids here, which they were giving a referral by their pediatrician. Well...the soonest appointment was 5 months away, so I took it. Going on two years taking my daughter for her glasses. Always a great experience. And the optical team is always fast and efficient to help with small repairs! 🙂
Waited in the waiting room for over 40 minutes. I went to the desk and asked how much longer and they told me I was a no call no show. I asked how when I physically checked in and sitting right in front of desk. Attendant looked dumbfounded.
