Long story short, Complete nightmare. First day after she told me that she trusts nobody I should have walked out the door. The billing department…Wow! He lies constantly. Every appointment it was something else. I only gave one star is because I wanted to leave a review and warn people.
DR. RATHI HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF ME FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS & SHE IS VERY CARING & SUPPORTIVE! I TRUST HER VERY MUCH! SHE'S ONLY IN THE OFFICE ON MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY'S!
Dr. Rathi is an amazing doctor! She has helped me in so many ways manage my medical issues and understand the reason behind why I have them. She also had me get a few MRIs and after getting the results I understand so much more about my medical condition. She does therapy in so many ways- she gave me a TENS unit that I LOVE, braces for my back, wrists, and neck. She will give you instructions on how to do stretches that help me a lot! DR RATHI IS VERY EMPATHETIC AND FOUND THE MEDICAL PROBLEMS THAT HAVE BEEN BOTHERING ME FOR YEARS. SHE USES BRACES, PHYSICAL THERAPY AND ORDERS BLOOD WORK. SHE IS ON TOP OF GETTING THE PATIENT TO FEEL BETTER PHYSICALLY.
