Very disappointed with my visit. My lab work was not sent even though it was done 2 weeks prior. She did not call the lab to try to retrieve it. She asked what I wanted changed with my insulin pump, but I didn’t know and she asked why I came to her and not Melissa Laporte. I told her that Melissa could not see me and sent me here and her comment was, she didn’t understand that!
